Sweat/Yoga six Saturdays!

SWEAT Chicago is excited to partner with our new neighbors coming to Gold Coast this spring, welcome YOGA SIX!  Members of both studios will soon have the ability to attend classes at each others locations, it's the perfect duo!  While their studio is being built, Yoga Six Studio Manager Rhianna will be instructing classes at the SWEAT studio each Saturday at 11:30am.  Check out other class times and reserve your spot HERE


SWEAT WINE NIGHT - January 29th @ 7:30pm!

Have you missed our monthly wine nights at SWEAT Chicago?  We can help!  Our monthly SWEAT Wine Night community social resumes starting on January 29th at 7:30pm!  Join us and our friends YOGA SIX at 7:30pm for an hour long workout of 30 minutes of SWEAT and 30 minutes of YOGA!  Enjoy an hour of socializing after with your favorite SWEAT community over a glass of vino!  Space is limited, sign up online HERE well in advance!  We hope to see you there!
